Since Blush Buffalo offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from us.

Your purchase is for a digital product and is deemed “used” after download. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

Blush Buffalo reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, please get in touch with us at cs@blushbuffalo.com with your transaction/payment details, and I will ensure you receive access to your product as quickly as possible. We do not provide refunds in this event, but we will ensure you receive the product downloads that purchased!
